Bankruptcies are on the rise, and a bankruptcy filing will affect your sale. This timely class will give you the knowledge of how the bankruptcy system works, the necessary resources, how it affects title, how to deal with bankruptcy title issues, deficiencies and judgments, as well as bankruptcy short sales issues and concerns.
