Executive Director Position Posting
The Douglas County Housing Partnership is seeking
highly qualified candidates for the position of Executive
Director. The position requires a broad knowledge of
both single and multi-family affordable housing programs
utilizing a variety of federal, state and local funding
sources. Knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit
Program, HOME and CDBG as well as the tools to develop
affordable rental housing development is required.
The position reports to an eight member Board of Directors.
The Douglas County Housing Partnership is a public
housing authority organized under Colorado Statutes
for multi-jurisdictional housing authorities. DCHP
activities include:
• Down
Payment Assistance Program for First-Time Homebuyers
• CHFA Approved First Time Home Buyer Classes
• Foreclosure Mediation Program
• Ownership of a 64 unit Low-Income Senior
Apartment Community
• Limited Partner in two Low-Income Housing
Tax Credit Communities
The DCHP is actively pursing the development of additional
affordable rental housing units in Douglas County.
